How long will it take to get my images?

We try very hard to accommodate your needs but usually turn files around within 3 working days. If it’s urgent, we can rush your job for an additional fee.

How do I brief you?

We will work with you every step of the way and create a shot list so that we can maximise time and get you value for money. This means once we start working with your products, we can sail through effortlessly.

Do I have to attend, or can I send my stuff to you?

We are very flexible. Whilst we would welcome you with open arms, we are also very happy to receive goods if you cannot attend.

How much will it cost?

We have a rate card which we can send to you once you make contact with us. We are also more than happy to discuss a more bespoke quote if your brief doesn’t fit the standard or if you have a specific budget in mind.

What usage rights do your images come with?

All our work comes with full, unlimited and international usage rights. We only retain the copyright. This means you can’t sell the images on to a third party without our approval.

Can you source models and stylists?

Yes! Of course, we can either make the selection ourselves for a small fee or put you in touch with our recommended suppliers. We can also provide basic styling services in house such as ironing and steaming clothes, folding and arranging flat lays and pinning to mannequins etc.

What is your minimum spend?

For e-commerce it is £120 and for lifestyle/creative set ups it is £280.

Can you provide me with any file format and size files?

Yes, we can provide you with multipal files such as high resolution for print and low resolution for social media use only.

Is retouching included in your prices?

Retouching is £60 per hour. Packshots include cutting out onto white and a general cleanup. Our team of retouchers are highly skilled and can provide detailed quotes before commencing any work.

Will you come to me?

Yes, we can work in most locations. Just get in touch to discuss how.

Can I store my items at your studio

Whilst our studios are safe and secure, they don’t have the capacity to act as a storage unit so we do need goods collected within 24 hours of files submitted to the client.
